Warmly Welcome to Deputy Director Mr. YANG Zhe
On May 12th, Mr. YANG Zhe, Deputy Director-General of Department of Social Development, Ministry of Science and Technology of China (MOST) made an on-the-spot investigation to Kunming Biomed International (KBI), the National Engineering Center of Biomedicine and Anima Science (NECBAS). Also present were Mr. LI Shujie, Deputy Director-General of Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Department.

KBI president Prof. JI and vice president Dr. SU introduced Mr. Yang its state-of-the-art facilities, R&D of non-human primate animal models and services being conducted now. Mr. Yang expressed great interest in the NHP animal models and said: The development and establishment of the NHP models will bring real and tremendous benefits to both human beings and the enterprise itself.

Currently, KBI is taking the primary leadership in conducting four national and provincial scientific research projects and good progress have been achieved.
